    Re: Progress so far!

Thanks everyone!! Im on my second week and I am finding that I am having a lot of cravings I actually dreamed that I was eating reese cups the other night LOL, I guess that could be related to pms though!! I tried to persuade my boyfriend to go to the store and buy me chocolate and a loaf of bread hahahaha... good thing he said no!

I was wondering, if anyone knows... do we HAVE to eat the seeds? They are so damn hard to eat everyday I am finding!!

    Great success for week one!!!

Re. seeds: I am pretty new to the program and had the same question; especially since I don't like sesame. There are substitutes for the seeds, e.g. with avocado for sesame. Ask your consultant at the next weigh-in if you can choose other things to get your protein and healthy fats.

I usually add my all seeds to yougurt and eat them all in the morning. But you can buy seeds butter and also sesame seed dressing form sureslim clinic and instead of seeds use these.

Had my first weigh in yesterday. I lost 6.6 pounds which is a really good start. I started at 203.4, now I'm 196.4. By August 1st I'd like to be 170. By Christmas I want to be 150 and by next spring I want to be 140. I'm hoping I have another good result next week!

Thats an awesome loss, good job Isnt it exciting? I had my third weigh in on Monday and lost another 3 lbs Thats about 20 lbs down, and now my dress pants are a little saggy in the bum!! I am starting to get my energy back, so I think I will try to get myself back onto my usual excersize regime and see how much of a difference that will make!

I am so happy, and I feel so emotional about it right now its amazing!! This program works, its the best decision I have ever made!
