    Hey Danika! Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I do know Jackie Adamthwaite - and I love her, she's a total doll, and one of the best stage managers I've ever worked with! She's awesome. Trip to NY was amazing, can't say enough about it. Can't believe it's over, actually! Back to day job reality for the moment...hope all is well!

    Yea, I hear you with the timing of the meals. It's hard on the weekends, that's for sure. Like otday I wasn't feeling to well, was in bed til 2pm, got up and had my yogurt, now lunch at 7 and dinner at 12??? Aiya! Might not be eating dinner, or maybe I'll have to throw the 5hr rule out the window for today. This month I work 7am-3pm so that works out perfect for meal times...but my schedule changes every month, so it'll be tougher some months, that's for sure! I had my perdiod too this week, so I don't think it effected me too much, considering the 7lbs. We'll see monday!

    The day I started the program was the day Aunt Flow visited. I was super bitchy all week. I haven't used much freebies yet, but will start. I tried it today! Funny, now I feel bloated and fatter!!!! I have to write down all my questions for when I go to my weigh in. I wonder if it is bad to have cheese every day! I have had it twice so far this week amd plan on it tomorrow too.

    When I keep busy it is easier. Weekends I don't work and it is harder. This week I have had a really hard time being able to relax and fall asleep. Too busy thinking and planning in my mind what I am going to have the next day I guess, I just can't relax!

    So for so good! I tried so had not to weigh myself til Monday, but this morning...I did it, haha. I guess if there's something to "cheat", that's better than eating something I shouldn't. Hahaha I've lost 7 lbs so far! Monday, I'll have my official one week numbers for ya!

    Honestly, the last time I did this I had a much harder time with it. I think I just wansn't ready to commit to it, ya know? This time feels different. I'm just doing it, no excuses! I hate having to plan my day around food though...

    How are you finding things?
