    Well I weigh in tomorrow morning. I am looking forward to that. I have had a pretty good week; however I do find myself hungry from time to time . My stomache actually growls!! I have been doing a stupid thing since I bought my digital scale.. weighing myself all the time !!! I am making myself nuts for sure. I went to weigh in last week , my scale said I had lost 4 lbs but SS said 2.4 or something like that, I was so angry . I had been so good at following the plan I thought I would have lost ...

    I've gained back 34.4 lbs of the 41 I lost on the program 2 yrs ago. Do I need to pay $700 again to get back on track? Does anyone have ideas what I should do that will help me stay on track without putting out a lot of money?

  4. Some hurdles.

    Well heading into week four now. So far success, however I am experiencing intense stomache aches from the seeds. I still want to have them as I know they are good for me. I tried grinding them up and rolling my chicken in them, still tummy ached. Now am getting stomache aches from the yogurt. Makes breakfasts hard. Has anyone tried to make a muffin from the cereal?

    I had such a bad feeling before my second weigh-in. I had little cheats almost every day... cheese and egg in one meal on Monday, too many fruits on Tuesday, too many starches on Wednesday and Thursday, no seeds on Friday... On top of it I was sleep deprived and got some bad family news after which I just wanted to eat a 100g chocolate bar at once. I didn't because I don't buy chocolate anymore.
