Ingredients
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
250 g lentils, watered over night
1 red onion, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
lettuce
dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
garlic, salt and pepper as you like
add seeds if you like
